History of the Company
Vecteur has been a distinguished French audio manufacturer since 1978.
They came into prominence with their exquisitely designed high-end turntable
towards the end of the Seventies (an ultra-sophisticated object costing more
than £6000). They discovered the importance of the absolute phase.
They invented the spikes (the first cone in the world was a Vecteur, back
in the Seventies) and the first coaxial high end cable. Their Premiere
mini-loudspeaker was a 20 year success, honoured in a German magazine with
the words "a revolution, the proud successor, 10 years later, of the
Rogers LS3/5A".
The Press
"It is written in the book of hi-fi that you cannot get truly transparent
sound for so little money. Here's a product that rewrites the book."
Vecteur I-4, UHF Magazine
"A member of an exclusive club of great but affordable players"

The Products
Today, Vecteur manufactures a complete range of audio products that include
electronics, loudspeakers, cables and accessories. Their range of products
is extremely musical, very well built and very affordable. Value is a highly
over used term these days in audio, but it could not apply more than to Vecteur
products. Their products typically out perform those from other manufacturers
that cost hundreds of pounds more! Vecteur current line exemplifies continuing
dedication of providing music-lovers and audiophiles with supremely engineered
products at affordable prices.
The new lines, presented for the first time at the '98 Winter CES in Las Vegas,
have enjoyed the same success, being widely honoured by the European and
North-American press. Several North-American reviewers have bought Vecteur
products for their own system.
